Zachary (Zack) Boudreaux is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover, defending employers and insurance carriers in claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.

Before starting at the founders’ legacy firm, Zack had experience at the Civil District Court of Orleans Parish under the Honorable Chelsea Richard Napoleon. He also worked on maritime and complex commercial disputes, including but not limited to, general maritime law, Jones Act, construction defects, products liability, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and breaches of contract.

Zack earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was a published member of the Maritime Law Journal and member of the Maritime Law Society. He is an alumnus of the Sigma Nu Fraternity, Phi Chapter at Louisiana State University.

Zack is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, the District of Columbia, and New York.
