With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the legal field, Jocelyn Rodriguez stands out as a highly skilled paralegal celebrated for her sharp business acumen and impactful leadership. Having collaborated with a diverse spectrum of law firms—from grassroots initiatives to corporate giants across the New Jersey/New York Tri-State Area—she has cultivated a profound understanding of legal procedures, technical case management, client-facing advisory work, and operational leadership.

As manager of Markovich Grover PLLC’s War Hazards Recovery practice, Jocelyn serves as the leader of a team serving insurers seeking federal reimbursement for workers’ compensation claims related to war-risk hazards.  In this capacity, she works closely with Markovich Grover personnel and clients in assessing the potential for recovery, while also engaging with the US Department of Labor’s Division of Federal Employees Compensation (DFEC) to pursue reimbursements effectively. When managing Paralegals and collaborating with Attorneys, Jocelyn employs her innovative visions for structured, high-volume processes that consistently deliver comprehensive, timely remittance.

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has played a pivotal function in navigating complex legal matters, ensuring meticulous attention to detail while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Her keen ability to understand the intricacies of the law, paired with pragmatic business intuition, enable her to provide invaluable support to her team and clients alike.

Jocelyn is an active member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University-Newark and an Associates Degree Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Berkeley College.
