In this capacity, she works closely with Markovich Grover personnel and clients in assessing the potential for recovery, while also engaging with the US Department of Labor’s Division of Federal Employees Compensation (DFEC) to pursue reimbursements effectively. When managing Paralegals and collaborating with Attorneys, Jocelyn employs her innovative visions for structured, high-volume processes that consistently deliver comprehensive, timely remittance.
