Travis N. Gregory

Associate  

Travis Gregory is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover, joining the firm after supporting the founders at their legacy firm.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston. While at South Texas, Travis received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Civil Procedure.

Travis’ practice focuses on the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, and the War Hazards Compensation Act. He has experience defending employers and their insurance carriers in federal workers’ compensation cases as well as cases under the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act. Travis has extensive experience trying cases before the Office of Administrative Law Judges through formal hearings and briefs. He has also drafted and filed appellate response briefs before the Benefits Review Board, and successfully negotiated settlements in a multitude of claims.

Travis is licensed to practice law in Texas and is also a certified mediator.
