Michelle is a skilled litigation attorney, primarily focused on the defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA) and the Defense Base Act (DBA).

She earned a B.A. in Anthropology with a Minor in History from The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.  While there, she served as a senator and was appointed to a Cabinet position with the Associated Student Government.  Michelle went on to earn a J.D. from South Texas College of Law, where she worked as a research assistant for a fellow professor.

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Michelle previously worked for Hardin, Jesson & Terry, PLC and Dougherty Law Firm, P.C.
