Kacey Faver is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover.
Kacey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Mississippi State University, where she graduated cum laude. Kacey earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, Kacey served as an articles editor for the student-led Journal of Property Law, and was a member of the Innocence Clinic, Business Law Society, and the Women in Law Society. Kacey interned for Congressman Michael Guest in Washington D.C, the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, and Judge Brody Shanklin of the 211th District Court.
Kacey joined the partners at their legacy firm as a law clerk, earning promotion to associate attorney upon graduation and bar admission. Her practice focuses primarily on claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, and the War Hazards Compensation Act.
Kacey is licensed to practice law in Texas.
