Associate Attorney
Justin Potter is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. Before joining the firm, Justin gained valuable experience with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Thomas L. Travis of the Fayette Circuit Court, 8th Division.
During law school, Justin served on the Editorial Board of The Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law (Volume 16) as a production editor. His Note—A Space Age Stuck in the Past: Should Cold War Treaties Dictate Modern Space Law—was selected for publication in the Journal.
Justin’s work with claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act began during his time collaborating with the founding partners of Markovich Grover at their former firm. He has since broadened his practice at Markovich Grover to include handling claims under the War Hazards Compensation Act.
Justin is licensed to practice law in Kentucky.
