Ieashia McKenzie is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover. Ieashia earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Ieashia served on the Thurgood Marshall Duberstein Moot Court Competition team and received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.

Before joining Markovich Grover, Ieashia clerked for the Honorable Jason Pulliam of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, where she gained valuable insight into federal practice and judicial decision-making. Ieashia also clerked for the founders' legacy firm, where she gained experience in civil litigation with a particular focus on the Defense Base Act and workers’ compensation matters. Ieashia brings this foundation to her current practice, which is focused on defending claims arising under the Defense Base Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
