Hannah C. Rees is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover. Hannah graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. During her studies, she was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and the Texas A&M Pre-Law Society. Hannah went on to attend Texas A&M University School of Law, where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence. After earning her law degree, Hannah was admitted to the Texas Bar.
Hannah has experience across a range of litigation topics through her work at several firms since passing the bar. Hannah applies the perspectives gained from her time practicing fiduciary and business litigation to her workers’ compensation defense. At Markovich Grover, Hannah’s practice is focused on claims arising under the Defense Base Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. She also has experience assisting carriers in pursuing reimbursement under the War Hazards Compensation Act. Hannah combines creative problem solving with her strong legal acumen to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.
