Erendira Cruz

Associate  

Erendira Cruz is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover. Erendira focuses her practice on defending claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act. She also assists insurance carriers in pursuing reimbursement from the U.S. government in cases arising under the War Hazards Compensation Act.

In addition to practicing law, Erendira supports the Texas Health Sports Medicine athletic training outreach program by providing health care services to participants at practices, games, tournaments, and community events in North Texas.

Erendira earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas A&M University School of Law. While at A&M, she served on the Journal of Property Law and Moot Court team.

Erendira is proficient in English and Spanish and is licensed to practice law in Texas.
