David is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Houston and went on to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. During his legal studies, he gained practical experience assisting with brief writing and trial preparation at Zimmermann & Zimmermann, PLLC (formerly Zimmermann, Lavine & Zimmermann) in Houston, Texas.

In 2025, David joined Markovich Grover, PLLC, after having previously worked with the founding partners at their legacy firm. David’s practice focuses on defending claims under the Defense Base Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. He has significant experience in taking depositions, attending mediations, legal research, motion practice, and brief writing in cases pending before the Office of Administrative Law Judges and the Benefits Review Board. David also contributed to the legal strategy and brief writing in the successful defense of the appeal of favorable decisions by the Office of Administrative Law Judges and Benefits Review Board before The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

David is licensed to practice law in Texas.
