Ayesha Arain Qureshi

Associate Attorney 

Ayesha Arain Qureshi is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover. Ayesha received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Studio Art from Florida Atlantic University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Florida International University College of Law.

Ayesha brings broad legal experience from her work across multiple law firms, including the founder’s legacy practice. At Markovich Grover, she concentrates on cases under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, and the War Hazards Compensation Act. She advises and defends employers and their insurers in federal workers’ compensation proceedings, handling matters from preparation for hearings before the Office of Administrative Law Judges to briefing before the Benefits Review Board. Ayesha also supports the negotiation of settlements across a wide range of claims.

Ayesha is licensed to practice law in Texas. She is proficient in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
