Ana M. Castro

As a partner at Markovich Grover, Ana M. Castro leverages nearly 30 years of litigation experience handling complex workers’ compensation cases.  Throughout her career, she has represented employers, insurance carriers, and large self-insured companies, among them, several Fortune 1000 firms.  She has also designed and delivered client seminars and workshops on a wide range of claims-handling topics, including continuing education programs for insurance professionals.

Recently, Ana focused her practice on advocating for injured workers, handling all aspects of a claim from the inception through its conclusion, including serving as first chair in numerous hearings and trials.  This comprehensive experience gives her a well-rounded perspective–allowing her to anticipate litigation challenges, assess risk, and craft practical strategies that lead to efficient, favorable outcomes for her clients. 

Ana earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami School of Law. 

Ana is licensed to practice law in Florida and also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
