Amir Nazarian

Associate Attorney 

Amir Nazarian is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover. He represents employers and carriers in matters under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, and the War Hazards Compensation Act, handling cases from filing to resolution, including hearings and appeals before the Office of Administrative Law Judges and the Benefits Review Board. 

Amir graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science and minor in Chemistry. He then completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, he worked with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office Civil Division. Amir served as an Articles and Notes editor for Currents: Journal of International Economic Law. 

Amir is licensed to practice law in Texas.
