Madeleine Hamparian is an associate attorney at Markovich Grover, having joined the firm after previously working with its founders at their legacy firm. Madeleine graduated summa cum laude from Union College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Political Science. During her studies, she was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society and received the Union College Joel D. Ticknor prize. Madeleine went on to attend Texas A&M University School of Law, where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence and was the executive editor for the Journal of Property Law. She also served as a legal analysis, research, and writing teaching assistant and academic support teaching assistant during her time at Texas A&M Law. After earning her law degree, Madeleine was admitted to the Texas Bar.
Madeleine’s practice is focused on claims arising under the Defense Base Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. She also has experience defending Texas Workers’ Compensation Act claims and assisting carriers in pursuing reimbursement under the War Hazards Compensation Act. Madeleine combines creative problem solving with her strong legal acumen to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.
